The reflective project is an essay produced over an extended period of time.  The RP involves a high-level of research, writing skills, and creativity.  It will be centered around a student's chosen career pathway.

Students will choose an ethical dilemma in their chosen field and research this dilemma from three stakeholder positions.  The paper is a maximum of 3,000 words.  In all, students can expect spend about 50 hours on this project.
