Exam Scholarship Application

DIRECTIONS:  Read all DIRECTIONS carefully.  Failure to complete the application correctly or completely will result in the application being rejected. 

You may apply for this scholarship if you are taking the Full DP Diploma, DP Courses, the Full CP Certificate, or DP Courses as part of your CP.

Applications are DUE no later than October 1 at 11:59 PM. 

  1. Go to the following link: DP Scholarship Link
  2. The application is due no later the 11:59 PM on October 1.
  3. Please create a Google Doc to type your information for larger sections.  This way, you can copy and paste your responses into the form.
  4. Use this Google Doc to help you get started:  Google Doc Link.  When you click on the link, you will be prompted to make a copy.  You can edit this copy and then paste your responses into the form.
