If registering to attend an admissions information session, please complete the form below. In the comment box, indicate the date of the session you would like to attend, the number of attendees, and the grade level(s) your child(ren) will entering in the 2012-2013 school year. Please note that the information sessions for grades K through 5 are intended for adults only.
